Management has confirmed with me that there will be NO REVERSE SPLITS or any other accounting gimmick for that matter. MDCN will grow as a REVENUE BASED model.

1) Clean up Ken's mess

2) Retire his shares

3) Grow Medican with revenue, NOT treat it as a share ATM like Ken did and all his cronies
