Yes, the costs blame game is on. Usually those go back an forth a while before being settled. TMM will pay up or be forced to shut down I doubt there will be any "accruing" on this one.
How about the attorney fees? The judge also mentioned Dimension could go back after them if they won and they did. Not sure if that will happen but it could.
The abuse of process claim. I know you insist Dimension will not pursue that claim but they sure could if they want to.
The 8 of 10 claims denied by the judge that you say are forever gone. Sorry, not true. They could be refiled at any time against TMM. Nevada law is a lot different that Vancouver law.
This case is just getting warmed up! There are consequences to losing!
And let's not forget about the non Dimension issues. TMM still owes its old lawyers $450,000 and has an outstanding loan for $570,000 that we know about. Time will come to pay those pipers too.
