Share structure is the best thing about this company.

Float is slightly over 100m now, float was 20m in March and if you add the volume in the last 10 months, that's the figure you'll get. Clearly noteholders crashed this down to .0001. DOMK filed for the A/S to be 2b after this remained in a coma until last week.

A/S increased to 2b in June where it resided at .0001 with no activity after they filed.

DOMK is late with their 10-Q meaning noteholders can't convert until they file, not including what had been converted already and sold...they ran this down to .0001 where it stayed for many months. They're gone... VFIN @$2 and there's only retail on the ask...liking what i see here
