Preparation for acquiring a marijuana business!

My source told me that all of this preparation:
- Otc current
- the State of Florida to bring it current as well as those for all subsidiaries.
- DTC chill

is to completed his initial business plan but also to acquired a new enterprise that will be absorbed through one of his subsidiaries.

- He is also getting private investor(loan with interest rate)to help achieving his goals. So no more dilution, that is why he acquired more share part of the company.
