Are you working on 2 acquisitions? One to close in December and the second for which news came out this am. To close possibly in January. ?

Nice news out today.. are you going to put it out officially that conversions/dilution is finished? Is there 2 acquisitions in the final stages?

The attorney will direct me as to whether or not it is necessary or feasible to spend money on a press release regarding the end to the note conversions. As far as acquisitions, we have a number of "target companies" but only one closing in January. Also closing in January is the acquisition of the Compliance Software IP and, if a suitable agreement can be reached with Triad with regard to repricing, we may close on the acquisition of Triad's IP as well. (we were never acquiring Triad as a company; just their IP assets).
