I am new to WDDD

And I'm not sure if I believe my own eyes here. I am a 17 yr veteran of patent battles with David vs Goliath (IDCC) in wireless.
The recent decision on patent review from the PTAB was stunning to me. The PTAB function is to kill patents issued and deny property rights to their owners. I think they have killed something like 70-80% of patents brought before them. To get validation on 5-6
patents from them is virually unheard of to date. The problem patent holders have in getting paid is that they easily win jury trials, then get their patent appealed to the PTAB and invalidated.
That has been eliminated here and a jury trial would seem to confirm the validity and value of WDDD patents. IDCC, VHC and others havent been able to collect due to this monster that is the PTAB. Activision would be crazy to let this go to court, after this PTAB decision and hundreds of millions of dollars seem near certain to come WDDD's way. At a OS count of around 200MM and possible settlement in the half billion range, looks like .50-$1 cut to each share. Sound right to you long term holders?
