People with brains don't illegally naked short a stock than after failing 13 times in courts cry to the SEC for help.

Anyone with a brain knows the SEC can track these transactions.
COMMON SENSE says not to do things illegally.

The SEC Chair and Commisioners could be at this time reviewing the illegal transactions.

Subpoeneas most likely coming soon.
