A couple of things I find interesting about that statement. The first being that DF will sue as a shareholder. Does that mean we, as shareholders can join in that suit or will DF get all money if he wins the suit? Seems to me, if he as a share holder should get money from a suit, we, as share holders, should also be entitled to some of that money.
There has been mention that DF will start up a "Real Estate" business. Is the suit he intends to file, a source of capital to start up that business? And will he take that real estate business public via "New Leaf"?
Interesting. Perhaps someone can ask him about this, as a follow up. Would be nice to join in a class action suit with him and get some of our money back. No sense in him being the only one to come out of this with his pockets full.
