Since the intellectual property was so hard to value, thereby making it of unknown value...thereby making it zero value in the valuation analysis of the company...IMSC should hold onto the patents and license them to L-3 and maybe others (and develop other markets besides explosive detection for their use and operate as such). Find a good IP attorney and make him CEO of the IMSC holding company
