I could see his point IF Mgt was not delivering or changing the gameplan at the last minute but everything that Dr. D has said, he has done. FDA is out of his control and quite frankly he probably doesn't want to "push" them too hard or they could delay on purpose out of pure spite.

I am at a loss as to what the pessimists are trying to gain here, except for maybe more shares from weekly paychecks ??
