No, the company is not now, or will in the near future, trying to enter the US. No one is even saying that the company will. To claim otherwise is a red herring and ignorant of all that the company has said.

Full FDA trials cost over $100mm. Sorry to burst your bubble but the company has said...repeatedly..that they will focus on other countries that they can get into...like Canada and India and Mexico etc.

It is unknown why you would even thing think that ROTH has ANYTHING going with the FDA is misguided. All we say is that it is clearly misinformation to state that the FDA doesn't view Sucanon as a drug. Of course they do or why would they require the company to go thru full clinical trials?? Answer THAT please? Why does any one even try to say that SUCANON is NOT a DRUG according to the FDA? Answer: Misinformation thats why!
