They announced that they "signed an agreement to acquire 49%". They paid 1/8th of the acquisition price, so until I hear different, based on this PR (which is over 4 years old, so I don't think I will ever actually hear different), VPER "owns" 1/16th of Apollo Metro.
And for the sake of argument, let's say they do own 49%. And let's say this current $4m deal goes off without a hitch. VPER is "entitled" to 49% of the profit on that deal. How much is that going to be? How is that going to be reflected on their balance sheet?
I just don't see this being some big boon for VPER shareholders.
A decent number of shares traded today and the pps needle doesn't even move.
