OR,..... The "scientists" who run this company haven't figured out how to make the 150 do what the TSA is asking for and management has been stringing us along for the last two years.
With all those shares available to them at exercise prices of $0.08, $0.81, $1.19 etc. a share price of $2.00 would be many times more valuable to them than the lousy CIC payment they hope to divvy up.
It may be time to consider this company fired a rocket at the moon and came down in the Atlantic. It happens.
