THey have given up on the uplist but they haven't given up on raising money. They are going to still raise cash and then they are going to use not being on the nasdaq as the excuse for thier disappointing performance. THey will also be right back at trying to raise more funds next summer once they increase the authorized shares. This company is only ever in raise funds mode but they never get what they need to push the pipeline (because its awful and has no value) so they just use the funds basically to pay absurd salaries for doing nothing but constantly trying to find more funds.
