"World Moto is clearly about to break out and get a bigger contract for the Moto-Meter contract. We recently shipped more product to Africa, and are quoting a large customer in Cambodia and another in Haiti. On top of that, you know that we have units in other parts of the world going through customer product testing, and we have partners lobbying government organizations for the mandating of meters."

Notice that in Cambodia, the tuk tuk's and Moto's, they don't mention "haggle for fare"? They actually have a SET fare per kilometre (sounds ideal for meters)
And the website is under construction.
