The transfer agent is NOT gagged. Call. Him, I did on Friday, he took my email address and sent me this. He said nothing has changed since the original numbers were given last week when filings came in.
He said the only way they can dilute is by increasing the AS which must be done through the Nevada Division of Incorporatins. I checked, no ammendments, noting but the last AS share increase in April 2016 from 150M AS to 400M AS. If they file an ammedment increasing the AS Im out. Im.im at .0087 and not happy. The stock has fallen from where it cratered after the last 2 press releases to the mid .0025's six times then recovered back to mid 3s. VNDM shows 10K on the ask but i saw 2M shares trade at his ask price, all buys until he moved his ask.price up to .0059 from .0036. I.just dont know what to make of it.
Insiders have 75M shares locked up. Retail has maybe 30M leaving 125M shares for the mm to scalp .0001 off every trade. They could be accumulating and taking out the stop loss limits, but i have never seen such manapulation before.
The volume is good and remains strong. What is the problem? This should be at .15 cents bu now, but sonebody is holding it down for a reason. Why? I dont know. Until the diluting mms are gone, VNDM AND VFIN something strange is happening, but bssed on what the transfer agent sent me last Friday it appears the os is not going up, nor has the AS been increased.
