The technology for sure works, the "Bish" is making sure that his efforts since he began are directed in the best path for the company. Although on some points I have disagreed with him, he has a personal attachment to the product that makes me more attached to the company since my departure. There are a lot of people in the background that should be complimented on their commitments on a project that was never properly funded in the past year. There are software engineers, sensor engineers, clinical specialists and administration that have made massive sacrifices in their personal lives. They have made them because they know the product will go out. Some, like myself, HAD to go because the upper management decisions trickle down to the actual workers of the product. In my opinion, Bishop made this choice because although MTIA has been a partner for some time, the resources are limited. Imagine what the employees are going through... if there are issues of funding, the employees are also dealing with it.
