Yes sir optimism runs deep with QLTS Longs....ALJ Order has to be issued,so technically QLTS isn't Revoked at this time.Notwithstanding historical SEC data that would suggest an absolute revocation there are no guarantees. Q Lotus Holdings, Inc will have the finale say! imho
