The company has made sure that those slimy offshore finance companies that make the huge profits from the conversion of debts to shares that feeds Ryan Ashton and his wife will have almost enough votes to continue to feed Ashton for many many more months/years with the NEW SHARES they will be able to dump on uneducated investors that fall for the hype that is fed to them from the PR machine here...
Look at who controls the PREFERRED SHARE VOTES... 72 million votes - almost 50% of the votes needed to REVERSE SPLIT... yep, this is who...
