Well for one as JohnBlaze pointed out the wells notice is nothing. It is a notice thats 2 years old. They have since settled the disputes in court. So, the sec is most likely not even looking at ngbl anymore. Everyone that post here is holding shares. You have to balance the good and bad that way just incase, no one is held liable. Itll be like the "I told you so" effect.
