Helter...Recently the company stated they were going to raise the AS too 1 billion..
So 200 million at .005 would be 10 million..
8k stated they would convert by June 2017..I have no problems with the company diluting for acquiring a company. With the 200 mill and the already 200+ million OS the company would have a 500 million OS +/- which is not that bad..Many companies in the otc have billions of shares OS and have had BIG moves..
Imo them releasing the 8k is GREAT for the short term .. Just my thoughts..All have a great weekend
