The elephant in the room continues to be ignored.... If it was true that that the patents were all they've been cracked up to be (total control of voip/worth many billions) and the lawyers (our "best in biz"), the patent lawyers, from not just us but from all the industry players (who have obviously & undoubtedly looked at just what our patents are...) also know this to be true......then as I have said for a long time, such value & power potential is simply too great to risk letting someone else snatch it up or to at least defend one's company from the inevitable infringement lawsuits by obtaining a license. It would be like knowing an incoming asteroid is on its way to destroy your city and taking no action. It's like saying that all the big dogs are too dumb to preemptively stop themselves from being sitting ducks. It's like seeing a huge pile of gold sitting in the middle of the street, know that's it the real thing, but leave it sit there anyway because you have better things to do. Why the ever dwindling number of shareholders? Why the ever dwindling share price? Why does no one license or snatch up the suite, when "the lawyers know" it's all good? What makes sense to me is if the industry knew our patent suite was all that and would eventually be proven so via litigation, then they (the big dogs, etc) would've formed a consortium and bought up the patents so they would not have to face the inevitable losses due to infringement. BUT THEY DIDN'T! So maybe they know something. Maybe they know that ultimately the patents won't hold up? That would explain things. Without that explanation, it all makes no sense. To not do so, for the biggest infringers (the biggest companies) would be playing with fire.
