I hope you're right but I'm not as optimistic any longer. Look, at one time not so long ago I had more shares than the CEO. I still have a position and will likely add some more later to avg down as i'm expecting the price to go lower next year, perhaps even test the all time low. I'm saying this mainly because they have zero litigation catalysts until late next year. Only a surprise settlement will change things.
I think they are full of it with respect to Cyberisk and the mobile browser. Don't forget their financing which, in combination with their operating and litigation expenses, will likely become an issue which will require dilution of some form. With that being said, you sound like a highly intelligent person and I think I can speak for the few others who have been here with me for a long time that we appreciate your perspective. Please keep posting and sharing information here. Finjan has a great story with management who seem to have no idea how to create interest in their company.
Regarding the lack of insider buys, the IR told me it's because they are constantly aware of information that could cause the price to spike and are worried about insider trading. What a joke. I knew then that I couldn't trust her and that she is full of manure. I decided I would NEVER speak to her again after that comment.
