Accountability? Ha! They've found a remarkable way around those

pesky notions imho, to "save the world" and bamboozle the retail

stockholder, all the while retaining ownership of the private Nanobeak.

You know, the new Nanobeak, that holds everything of value. The SEC saw

their garbage before but perhaps they've found a new hole in the system to

benefit themselves....


Meanwhile, imho if all goes according to plan:

VNTH absorbs all the expenses

and Nanobeak suckles on the intellectual property and refined

engineering as THEIR newfound intellectual capital. Leaving VNTHers a

whole lotta nothing, and even as we speak, VNTH is probably being quietly

removed from the equation, the shell having served its purpose. And bonus:

Delusional self image polishing ongoing.

Heck, I suspect VNTH shareholder money was used to refine the tech so they

could renew the NASA license for Nanobeak, NOT VNTH. Accountability might

be further obscured by BFFs whose identities are controlled by god and

government, so finding a way to accountability and justice as they jettison

VNTH for private Nanobeak ownership...surely you jest.
