Absolutely in here too!! The OTCBB sticks I mean.
How else do you describe something like DRYS that went from $4 to over $100 in days and then back down again???
That stock, and many others, were sooo over supplied with fake, naked, phantom shares that were shorted that didn't even exist! That's how some stocks explode like that because hedge funds and other individual scammers are allowed to operate like this, "borrowing" shares that don't exist and creating this whole vacuum of shares that are NOT even in the float!
Then when it comes time to cover the illegal shares that didn't exist in the first place, the stock price has no upper limit!
But as soon as it does take off BAM! They are all allowed to weasel themselves back in and illegal short sell shares that didn't exist again and make there money back on the "backs" of long investors!!! Longs don't stand a chance with these thieves!!!!
Allllll the while the SEC and NASDAQ and the OTCBB watchdogs ALL turn a blind eye to what's going on. And/or don't enforce ANY rules to stop or mitigate what's going on in front of their own eyes....
Hope someone takes the time to read this. Its been going over ever since "they" took away the UPTICK RULE
