Huge after hours news ONCI MJ news from CEO Steve Berman:
As per my earlier blog communication, I would like to take this opportunity to provide an update on our ongoing efforts to secure new deals in both the Medical MJ and Marijuana Ancillary Products sectors.
Coming out of the recent Las Vegas MJ Business Conference I have devoted a large amount of time to securing the best deals possible for On4 and our shareholders. I feel that I have properly identified two excellent growth opportunities with private companies whose current business plans closely align with On4’s vision for growth.
Right now, the attorneys on all sides are working hard to ensure that On4’s pending agreements with these two new partners is legally sound and that our new strategic alliances will be mutually beneficial.
I am also continuing talks with a publicly traded company already in the MJ space. This targeted PubCo has been in the MJ space for three years and has several retail MJ products on the market already. Our ongoing negotiations center around a new MJ Ancillary Product which they’re looking to brand on a national and global basis. The product is perfectly suited to develop a global App as the main marketing, branding and sales resource. We feel that both sides have already worked out most of the details of the Joint Venture and our attorneys are now in the final stages of working out the final partnership details.
I had originally expected to announce ONCI’s first MJ acquisition this week; however, this news will need to be postponed until next week. I want to assure investors that it is coming and it will be worth the wait.
In lieu of MJ acquisition news ONCI has a major (and yes, historic) update coming in the morning about recently added revenues. I assure you that we are building something very big and very real and the best way I know to prove this is by letting the numbers speak for themselves. You will see some numbers in the morning.
