hey, MWM - if a company files a form 15-12G and goes dark, do insiders need to continue posting form 4s for their open market purchases?

i ask because RVUE got bear-raided immediately after they deregistered, and at that time billionaire robert w. roche already owned 51.3%.

since then... about 37M shares have traded. it's been an interesting tape, to say the least.

especially for a company that paid off ALL their toxic debt last april.
