Today's volume surprised me, as did the stock price going higher.
We are actually seeing a Breakout, albeit small increments.
I suspect the reason is either news overseas, or some kind of Media attention that is about to be announced.
Lets not forget there are Patents overseas as well as some waiting approval.
Or maybe the movement is just small investors who just learned about the EPA.
Whatever the reason, it is nice to know this stock is still alive.
