Just a FYI, any common shareholder can now demand HHSE buy your shares for $.01.

All one needs to do is send a certified letter to HHSE, Its Registered Agent, Arkansas Attorney General and SEC Enforcement Division out of Dallas.

The company can't treat shareholders of common shares differently.

Anyone have a low cost basis (below $.01) should file.
