The shares trading here on the NASDAQ are ADS's. The common shares trade on the Australian stock market. The company has agreed to sell the ADS's for $1.25 per share, 4.8 million of them. The pps today reflects that agreement, which is really an agreement on the value of the stock. The investors want to turn a profit, so Will not sell at or below that $1.25 price, but will likely be ok selling them at $1.40ish...The market has priced that in today (the agreement won't execute until 12/6).
