its the confusion brought about by the last sentence concerning the condition that the vendors must support the device for commercial orders to be given.

They should have elaborated on whether there was any problem with vendor support.

Their poor communication skills are costing their shareholders a lot of money.

But they probably don't care. What they should do is make an immediate announcement clarifying the previous PR.

Why did they make a point to mention that anyway? What vendors are they talking about? Brick and mortar stores?
Problems with supply chain? something else?
