Chicago, IL – November 30, 2016 – Michael Cizmar + Associates, LTD. (MC+A), a charter Google for Work Partner (now Google Cloud) and Google Partner Innovation Award winner today announces the termination of the previous definitive acquisition agreement signed on August 31, 2016, between Yippy, Inc. (OTCMKTS: YIPI) and MC+A.

MC+A entered into the agreement in the hope of providing additional Google Search Appliance migration options to its customers and partners looking to transition away from the Google solution. MC+A’s Managing Director, Michael Cizmar, was to lead the new enterprise search division, providing valuable leadership and vertical expertise. Upon mutual agreement, both companies have terminated the transaction.

“MC+A remains committed to serving our customers and our employees. We continue our plan to migrate customers from the Google Search Appliances to alternative solutions from our growing partner ecosystem,” said Michael Cizmar, Managing Partner at MC+A.

Michael Cizmar remains as MC+A’s President and Managing Director, overseeing both North America and Latin American (LATAM) operations. Normal business activities have not been affected by the agreed merger nor its termination. MC+A is continuing to offer Managed services for Google Search Appliance customers looking for support and consulting on migration alternatives.
