I think the court made it very clear that ALL of the following accusations (a. thru nn. below) made against USAR/Vast Mtn., lacked any factual basis to support them.

This is a pretty long list and not a single one could be proven in a court of law. That should be more than enough to put an end to this nonsense. Any continuation of such accusations could also END UP BEING DEALT WITH IN A COURT LAW, if the plaintiff would decide to pursue such further action after this recent ruling.

And most important here regarding CDNL, is the fact that the allegations made against Kevin Jones and Cardinal Resources, also lacked any FACTUAL BASIS! Point "s." below, clearly states that this claim: "Vast Mountain's consultant. Kevin Jones and his company, Cardinal Resources, are engaged in managing a fraudulent illegal Ponzi scheme", LACKS ANY FACTUAL BASIS! END OF STORY - BASED UPON THE REAL FACTS DOCUMENTED IN A COURT OF LAW! Cheers!

AGREED FINDINGS OF FACT
The Court enters the following findings of fact:
Defendant Brian Hunter is not aware of any factual basis: for any of the following as they may pertain to Vast Mountain Development Inc.:

a. Vast Mountain and John Owen in his individual capacity breached a settlement agreement with Hunter;

b. There are pending lawsuits against Vast Mountain;

c. There are pending judgments against Vast Mountain;

d. Vast Mountain has breached multiple contracts;

e. Vast Mountain "ripped off' Defendant Hunter;

f. USAR and Vas! Mountain are the same entities and engaged in the same fraudulent scam activities;

g. Vast Mountain is hiding money from its investors;

h. Vast Mountain is hiding money from its $50 million judgment from its investor.

i. Vast Mountain misled Defendant Hunter;

J. Defendant Hunter invested $200K in Vast Mountain;

k. Defendant Hunter loaned $75K to Vast Mountain;

L Vast Mountain defaulted on loans to Hunter;

m. Defendant Hunter obtained a judgment against Vast Mount;

n. Vast Mountain's John Owen is engaged in managing a fraudulent, illegal Ponzi scheme;

o. Vast Mountain's Robert Palmer is engaged in managing a fraudulent, illegal Ponzi scheme;

p. Vast Mountain's Don Brown is engaged in managing a fraudulent, illegal Ponzi scheme;

q. Vast Mountain's James Somma is engaged in managing a fraudulent illegal Ponzi scheme;

r. Vast Mountain's consultant, Arie Hilbrands and his company. Hilbrands & Western Mining, are engaged in managing a fraudulent, illegal Ponzi scheme;

s. Vast Mountain's consultant. Kevin Jones and his company, Cardinal Resources, are engaged in managing a fraudulent illegal Ponzi scheme;

t. David Clark is engaged in managing a fraudulent. illegal Ponzi scheme;

u. Vast Mountain's Rachel '''Misti'' Mathis is engaged in managing a fraudulent illegal Ponzi scheme;

v. Rog Carrington, is engaged in managing a fraudulent. illegal Ponzi scheme;

w. Yohann Anderson~ is engaged in managing a fraudulent, illegal Ponzi scheme;

x. Vast Mountain has generated minimal to no revenue since its inception;

y. No investors in Vast Mountain have received any returns on their investment;

z. Vast Mountain has never disclosed financials to its investors;

aa. AU capital money raised by Vast Mountain has been depleted;

bb. Vast Mountain holds conference calls through 'IVA' to be cheerleaders to lure investors to "maintain" existence and pay for lawsuits;

cc. Vast Mountain is in default on contract and promissory notes;

dd. Vast Mountain issued misinformation regarding mines operations and ownership;

ee. Vast Mountain omitted material facts when it was required to disclose them. including financials, lawsuits, and viability of business plans;

ff. Vast Mountain is not in compliance with State(s) requirements;

gg. Vast Mountain has committed SEC Violations;

hh. Numerous lawsuits are pending against Vast Mountain totaling in excess of $4 million in damages;

ii. Vast Mountain raised capital by non-licensed representatives;

jj. Vast Mountain sold investments to non-accredited investors (non-compliance with Regulation D);

kk. Vast Mountain abandoned the Congress Mine;

ll. Vast Mountain abandoned the Little Giant Mine;

mm. Vast Mountain. is engaged in a Ponzi scheme;

nn. Vast Mountain is engaged in a boiler room scheme.
