this stock has never been trading in the 0.075 cad range while the pp was open. in fact it didnt get lower than 12 cents cad during the pp. the only reason it went below 10 cents cad prior to the pp is that an insider (friends or family) sold it down to buy back cheap in the pp. but that is just my speculation (no fact).

there are not many sellers at these prizes and that comes with no surprise looking at the chart. those who wanted to sell already did so mainly. this is accumulation area. who is supposed to sell? the os is not big anyways
