Maybe the fact there was nothing in the financials showing they received any franchise fees?

Or there were no expenses for 16 months of rent, utilities, remodeling costs, insurance, permits, etc? If there were, we could maybe assume they were partners. Thing is, UPZS has no money and lost money last financial.

The fact the License is in Credo Ventures name?

We should not have to guess about things like this!
