Only in America is health care is a business



That's a broad statement. I'm fairly certain there are for profit pharmaceutical companies in other countries, like Novartis, for example...there are also many other medical device manufacturers in other countries, Siemens comes to mind.

Yes, healthcare in the USA is a really big business, at all levels, all providers, all sectors.
