Simple: New Ticker on this reverse merger hasn't been issued as yet, so must use COBI revs which are zip, $-0- but all its debt is gone, as far as I can tell.

In otherwords, whoever bought has finished converting a week ago.

COBI is currently running under OTC Alternate Reporting until whatever Ticker gets issued for Motion Entertainment Group Inc, which hopefully is MEGA which has been issued before and defunct.

I am not sure on Rule for reissuing new Ticker using old defunct ticker.

That might be the issue and why taking so long, who knows how FINRA thinks...
