"I received a corporate action notification (Tender Offer) a few days ago ".
While i read there is an agreement to purchase NXP, there are qualifications ( pun).

How sure is it, that the deal will go through?
And when do they pay?

What is the possibility that the folks who don't accept the tender offer will be able to get a higher price?

As an independent company, NXP's future appreciation looks to be much greater than Qualcoms. I'd rather that the deal collapses and i keep my shares.

How great is the risk of not accepting the tender offer?
