Have you looked at the chart? Are you aware of the liquidity? You cannot make money in this stock. Not anything worth your time anyways and you would have to be downright lucky to do so. I have made a few bucks short the stock at times but its hard to get significant shares due to the liquidity on that side as well. Yes I lost money here years ago which is what probably keeps me around because having studied the company for so long and communicating with the company and meeting company representatives it became crystal clear to me that they are truly only concerned about their very nice salaries. Sure they would love to develop something of value as it would secure their futures but they fully understand that their current pipeline has zero value other than a hail mary on ricin. There existence is predicated on delaying projects for as long as humanly possible while they try to find the right marketing window to raise what ever cash they can by whatever means possible. It boils down to false marketing of their pipeline while protecting their rears at the shareholders cost. Its a scam. There are many out there but in my lifetime this is the worst I have ever seen. This stock eventually goes to zero but that doesn't mean the scam couldn't spike a few times first if the market mixed the right cocktail.
