Such as exorbitant LOANS, BONDS, etc...
Chapter 11 process is slowly taking shape...
many uninformed seem to be trying to vocalize what they think is happening...
MOR's showing that Sunedison's is moving in right direction...
regardless of what Bonds are trading at does not signify what Sunedisons shareholders will get out of the Chapter 11 emergence...
1..sunedison is poised to emerge from chapter 11, and with that in my opinion Sunedison will have an intact share structure, for which the shareholders will be rewarded with a stake in a more ROBUST SUNEDISON...
2...The CLAWBACK will happen as it is in SUNEDISONS planned chapter 11 process, my opinion....
3...The VSLR lawsuit will be settled shortly and VSLR will get no more than 10 million if any at all.. this is evident by the recent Financials and projections, of which VSLR filed...SUNEDISONS strategy worked out there...in my opinion...
4....A partnership, merger and or Buyout will happen within 2017, if not SUNER in my opinion...
SUNEDISON sales of assets and the eventual clawback of certain entities will set Sundison in a cashflow positive..the chapter 11 emergence, in my opinion..
Irregardless of what bonds are trading at does not signify what Sunedisons shareholders will receive with a intact share structure upon a chapter 11 emergence...
Sunedisons best interest is to have an intact share structure upon reemergence from CHAPTER 11 to show future investors that Sunedison remains committed for it's stakeholders...
