Now...I'd like to to see NPT work...but the only way I see that happening is if 14.7 Billion Encounter Development - 200 Million H&G becomes 14.5 Million and 6 Million old ENTI merge and those PTEL shorts are covered...seems it would look like about 20.2 Million would settle at PTEL. Need a 100 SS to complete that rescission agreement. Only have 60 Million with that unless DUTV is the other 40 million.

That would leave 50 million from a PYHH/ENTI reverse merger 10:1 F/S split to form a 500 Million Gold REIT

I'd gladly help with those 6 million old ENTI at $5-10

H&G did say about $164,000,000.00 to the company. TORQ be 168,000,000 shares. Yeah yeah... you have 4 certs missing for 4,000,000 shares.
