3.4 MILLION shares SOLD pre-market ????

What the H?

The OTC market site is showing a 9 AM Eastern, single trade of 3,400,000 shares @ .00231, which is BELOW the Bid and below yesterday's close.

Yesterday, this mess had ONE, ONE SINGLE TRADE for the entire day, posted approx 5 hours into the trading day, 300K shares at .0025, for a whopping $750 bucks or so worth, for the ENTIRE TRADING DAY ?

WHAT THE H is with this train wreck? ONE trade yesterday, now a huge volume pre-market trade pops off, 1/2 hour before the market is even open, on a OTC sub penny stock????

There it is, 3,400,000 shares shown as sold at .00231, at 9 AM plus a few seconds after, Eastern time, on the button.

That's approx $7,800 bucks worth, which for this sub penny nano-nano-cap mess is nothing to sneeze at...that's a decent size dollar volume trade to be dumped/unloaded in the pre-market, seems to me?

Shows it was routed through some part of the NASDAQ which is odd to me, as it's a OTC stock, but I guess it was probably on an ECN, NASDAQ electronic network, in order to get sold in the pre-market? Maybe? I guess? WHO FREAKING KNOWS?

Something sure looks "wrong" with this mess to me. ONE SINGLE trade yesterday, all day, it posted a SINGLE trade which didn't occur till approx 5 HOURS into the trading day, and was for a measly 300K shares.

NOW, it's posting some huge, 3.4 MILLION share pre-market trade, when it almost never, ever, ever trades in the pre-market, as most OTC sub penny messes don't trade pre-market?

MAKES NO SENSE TO ME...buy hey, I guess that's just me? Makes me think something is "up" and I'd guess "not good" if I was a betting man...which I'm not...but this doesn't look like normal trading, not in the slightest to me?

Guess we'll find out sooner than later probably....the court case is hanging over their head...they're SUB PENNY again.. they're have all their usual financial troubles per their SEC filings (very little cash against massive debts due, convertible toxic debt out the whazoo, etc) ...same info as alleged in the court case filings by Northstar Biotech LLC, made up of key insiders and their largest shareholders and some former BOD members, who used the word "INSOLVENT" among other allegations, as filed w/ the court- so who freaking knows how this is gonna end?
