when a "seller" starts by changing the offer and language of a contract to a buyer then says you did not meet your obligations they can say you were in breech of contract when clearly it was the changes in the offer that were made that made it impossible to actually do anything with it. this is the case here. in all aspects of the attempt to start the country between greed and change in government was in breech not us. to think anything different would be foolish or short sighted. when you enter a l/t agreement the obligations need to be clearly laid out and then adhered to.
