This sucks but definitely not a game stopper. I really did not think think it was active. It would be really nice to see some acquisitions quickly through the use of stock. They need to act quickly IMO as the synergies would be incredible. My guess is it will happen in Ca. as they do have an office. I believe a merger is very possible as 1-2 labs are not going to cut it. The SS is perfect as they could in reality have 5-6 labs with 100 Mi S/S/. However they must act quickly IMO. This new guy they brought in has the legal and technical expertise IMO to carry this out.
