We know these low life stock accountants are basically failures in the real world and take on clients like these for lack of work.

What gets me, where I REALLY have a problem, is why the SEC, OTC, FINRA NASD and the DOJ don't clean this cesspit up.

The idea was that small companies could, and should have access to the capital markets without the demands of intensive and expensive reporting.

Well THAT didn't happen! Instead we have Dodge city and stock being dealt out of Miss Kitty's saloon--at least she looked good!.

I have been thinking, if there was enough teeth in Rescission, i would start a company who went after these piece of crap stinkies, on behalf or shareholders, on some sort of fee basis. But at the end of the day, when the Government gets its pound of flesh, nothing is left for the burned investor.

Most of the time these charlatans just fade to black with no consequences.
