Jack, I agree with your comment on the loser posts! Even though we know the stock could be doing better the loser negativity is just harmful to us stock holders who are trying to move ahead. After all, unless the losers are "insiders", they have no idea what is in the minds of Yates or other officers or what their future plans are.
Yes, the company is short of funds, that has become obvious.
However, today I just noticed a new preliminary "Merger or Acquisition Proxy Statement (14A) dated 11/22/2016 on the PULSE site. It talks to issuing 501,000,000 million new shares. What that does to our shares value I don't know?
