Since the ask is .50,... My order will be Above .20.
Also, as you pointed out, it's thinly traded so even if I pay $5.00 per share I expect it can run up so quickly ... i can probably get $20.00 or $30.00 per share.

I keep referring to ITUP as a perfect example of what is possible. There are many others also!
