I seriously doubt that Bates even has left a pot to pee in and frankly I don't want the pot! I would bet that he has spent most of his remaining money on lawyers to cover his ass. Typically those types of suits bring nothing as corporate law (generally) protects the Executives. There is no way that Bates or WSTI's assets could cover the $$$s invested.
