If no inquiry was sent then of course there would be no reply.
When I clicked on SUPPORT it asked for a name and password like you said so I also abandoned that avenue as I did not wish to register for an account.
However clicking on CONTACT gave me three choices (see pic attached). The Email address seems to be for reporting TOS problems, but in a pinch would likely get to them.
There were two other viable options. TOLL FREE Phone or ON-LINE Chat.
That is how I was able to state that the problem was with Netfirms and NOT with Winning Brands.
