True they have to follow bankruptcy law, and you know what these laws say about a business that decides to keep old common shares intact or exchanged for even dilution? Words mean nothing, provide a link!

Anyway, Aeropostale is doing unbelievable!!

Keep in mind that the next earnings report is due real soon and it will include their Back to School sale revenues and most likely the Black Friday revenues as well.
